The Toby Wells YMCA opened in August of 2005. This 45,000-square-foot facility is a satellite branch of the Mission Valley YMCA and features the most advanced workout facilities, mind and body programs, and comprehensive day care services.

Located on 6 acres of the former General Dynamics site at 5105 Overland Avenue in Kearny Mesa, the Toby Wells YMCA serves the residential communities of Kearny Mesa, Serra Mesa and Tierrasanta, as well as all employers located within the San Diego Spectrum area.

The facility offers:

Membership prices for the above programs are detailed in the YMCA material. Sunroad will contribute 50% of the membership costs for first 6 months for all Tenants.
