The first building at SUNROAD CENTRUM will stand 11 stories tall. The tower will be the tallest building in the Kearny Mesa market, clad in metal glass and stone and capped by a great architectural roof element reaching for the sky. The large upper portion of the structure will project a high-tech image for the 21st century with expansive floor to ceiling glazing, while the heavy rusticated two story base will have a warm pedestrian feel. Rough cut stone combined with the interweaving metal detailing from above provide a strong foundation and tie the building together as a whole. Lush landscaped courtyards combined with rushing water features flowing over rock outcroppings help complete the oasis like environment.
